Rash like patch on leg

Daughter has a rash like patch in leg. its kind of puffy and red. Doesn't seem to bother her but not sure what it is.

Looks like a local reaction to a plant or insect sting. If it doesnt bother her and it doesnt get any bigger or redder then dont worry. If it starts to spread or more appear or she becomes irritable then take her to the doctor.
