ive had this rash on both arms for over a month now. I have tried a steroid cream that i had left over from an allergic reaction i had in the past. It did help for a while but once i stopped using it, it came right back. I have also tried many moisturizers and increasing how often i apply. Dont know what it is and dont know what i can do about this. any ideas?
