so i had unprotected sex with my partner like 4 days ago and the morning after i woke up and had red dots on my shaft, they went away the next day but on my pubic area it was really red and it hurt and now it looks like this.( pic on left was before shower, pic on right was after) no i didnt pop the bump it kind of just went away idk rlly weird but any ideas on what it could be
