Tip of penis has a rash and the start of shaft has some to need help
It's hard to offer advice without a pic. You need to be on a PC or laptop to add pictures. If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over mountains) will add images.

I'm on my phone so cant upload pics... it's a rash on tip of penis two months now .. it's clustered at the top but at the start of the shaft there's 4 irc5 blotches. But the tip is worst.. there not raised or fluid filled but peel now and then very dry skin .. some days I can barely notice it then I'd look again and it would be very bad
