Recently became sexual active. Both tested for Stds before the sex started. We were cleared. been a couple weeks since we slept together.
On thursday 23th noticed red burning rash on scrotum on both sides. It itches and my penis and scrotum are warmer than usual. I have tried numerous steroids cream, Betamethasone, mometasome, ketoconazole. No improvement. Cold compress helps, baby powder helps the itch. nsaids help discomfort. But doesn't lessen redness. I have a history of Contact dermatitis and regular dermatitis hence having the creams. I use the Ketoconazole because of dandruff in my beard.
Mild cramping like discomfort in lower stomach above my penis. scrotum is not lose. acts like I am cold. I am uncomfortable. minor pain. but nothing to bad, still concerning. Prior to rash, I had been Masturbating much more than normal. Way more.
It hurts a bit when I get an erection. I masturbated once since I noticed the rash and was super sensitive. mild low key pain. much much warmer than normal when hard.
Never had a history of genital herpes but did break out in a cold sore last week for the first in 15ish years. (34yr male) No sores on scrotum but I have three dark small spots. those predate the rash by a week. They do not hurt. I am very motivated to make sure this is not something I can give my partner and want to keep having sex.
