I have these itchy red raised dry bump on my inner thigh. They usually flare up on the same spot, and are very itchy at night. I think they directly spread to the other thigh when in close contact, say closing my legs. However they are mostly concentrated on one thigh. I use an antifungal cream to soothe them, but they still persist and it has been months now. Could this he an STD? HPV? or Herpes?
