im trying to figure out why i have this rash i recently shaved and got razor cuts in this area then tried soaking in apple cider vinegar and water to help clean the cuts and it felt like it was burning and this has not went away and its been over 3 weeks, when i try to bath i try to be gentle but it itches, what might this be ?
