what are these?? i have had these rashes on my wrists for some time now.
Do those spots have a dimple in the middle? If so it could be Molluscum,which is caused by a virus. Does it itch?
If you think it may be Molluscum there is nothing to do. Its should clear up by itself but it can take a while,even months.
If it spreads and you are concerned then do see your doctor. Sorry but your pic is not too clear.
Forgot to ask…is this on both wrists and nowhere else?

it does itch if it gets scraped. And there are dimples on each bump.
