Rash/spots on Penis Head

I made a post yesterday (https://patient.info/forums/discuss/rash-on-penis-head-and-penis-head-is-shiny-625392?page=0&order=Oldest#) about a problem I'm having with the head of my penis.

Yesterday, my penis had white spots/rashes. I've woken up today and they've gone, but today, as you can see from the photo, i have dry red rashes/spots/blotches. When i woke up today I also had white discharge under my foreskin, and my foreskin is very tight. I can still pull it back over my head, i can normally pull it back easier, but its very tight this morning.

I think i have a yeast infection with some inflammation of my penis head, which is why I've got these red rashes (and maybe why i had white spots yesterday) and why my foreskin is tight.

I just wanted to post again to see what people thought, because as you can imagine, I'm pretty worried - i got really good help and advice yesterday and would appreciate if anyone could help me out.

That looks more like it's just regular balanitis, and certainly a lot less concerning than the pic you posted yesterday.  I'm surprised at how much difference there is.  There's a good chance it will just fix itself, but you could also try an anti-fungal cream if you didn't already.  I think I'd still get checked out if I were you, but if you can't get an appointment till Friday, you'll probably be fine by then, and it probably won't be a big deal if you cancel it.
