Rash under foreskin

hello please help, ive just come across this rash which im hoping is ballantatis (fingers crossed) i have a gp appointment tomorrow but just wanted to get an opinion first. thanks!

Daktacort cream is often prescripted first for fungus/red/rash/thrush. regards Dan
