Rash which looks like a mole on my penis

There's itching and poking sensation on penis and when I checked for rash I can only see black dots which looks like a mole, I even had a lymph node in my gorin which was half inch a while back now the size has started decreasing. Can some one tell me what this is?

the rash doesnt look concerning, but the symptoms you are experiencing could be concerning- when did they start?

It started like 10 days ago, now it has decreased… But I can still feel those symptoms sometimes
