I have a rash that started with a few little red bumps in the bend of my arm. It wasnt itchy so I didnt think anything of it. Now, a week later, it has turned into a red, dry scaly patch. It has also spread to red dry scaly patches on the tops of both of my feet. There are scattered red spots on both of my upper legs & underarms! So I have both patches and just red spots. They all look dry and none of them itch or cause discomfort; just unpleasant to look at. I have no history of anything like this before. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this might be? Most everything I have red talks about "dry itchy"...but mine doesnt itch. Obviously, it is spreading, but doesnt seem contagious since my significant other has no signs of it. Any suggestions on treatment?
Check with your doctor.. eczema or hives. If its around your nerve lines it can be shingles. . It might be a reaction to something your eating . Or in the environment. Sometimes red spots can be heat rash or allergic reaction.

I also thought of eczema & hives...but everything ive read on them talks about burning and itching which I have neither. Its not a heat rash either. Ive not eaten or done anything differently lately...just really has me stumped. And seems like everytime I look theres a new spot...
It could be something in your environment. Or did you change laundry soap. Or body wash. That can cause red spots .
