Hello. Could somebody help please with that type of rash in a child 7 years old. Rash ~1 year old. Local doctors say that is eczema, but I have doubts, could it be tinea corporis ? Such rash on both legs. Thank you.

Are you in the UK? Go back to your GP and ask if it is Ringworm, otherwise, you can buy an antifungal cream
Children get ringworm at school, so I am surprised your GP hasn't suggested that, even if it doesn't look typical
