Hi Ladies - just another fun day in the life of peri.... Have any of you experienced a heat rash on your legs during peri? I have had this a few times but always thought it was from the sun or something else but now none of that applies. This time it is just on the lower legs and last it was on the upper.....geeze when will this end??? Any help is greatly appreciated as my anxiety is off the charts.
i get that alot cant figure out what was wrong i would wirry i was allergic to something but wasnt then i realizwd it woukd happen certain tomes in my cycle it is hormones sometimes i get burning sensations on my upper back too ughh and yes my anxiety is kicking now too i was fine two days ago and now i feel crazy on fay 7 of cycle thinking its rising estrogen but the anxiety begs to differ!! sometimes i put cold compress on the area
Yes i had Purple rash in my legs sometimes in arms in mid of cycle in peri..sometimes its dark purple and sometimes light colour…Its not itching but look very strange .
in 4 or 5 days it remove itself
