You’ve got ‘adult diaper rash’. There are many causes of this and plenty of online articles offering sensible advice on how to manage it:
And yes, this sort of rash can occur in adults without wearing diapers: local irritant (chemicals), excessive friction/rubbing/sweating; yeast infection; a manifestation of a pre-existing skin condition, etc.
