Hi all I have this rash on my penis that comes and goes away at times and I'm not sure what causes it as I Havnt had sex in a long time. It is sometimes itchy and when I itch sometimes leaves my skin raw and sore.
Asking if anyone can tell me what it could be from

It can get alot worse then this at times, sometimes it spreads along most of my penis skin
Can I get some help here
it really just looks like dry skin, have you had any bumps or lumps or sores?
