i had physical contact with fungal infected fruits and after few day i had one small rash on my penis head and it got healed after I used some cream and took a medicine but after few day while bathing I used soap and was rubbing very hard on my penis and than those rashes appeared and it hurt when pulling back the foreskin. it really worries me.
