Any red wine is okay by me, I'm no expert on it. I do like just a tot of whisky too, I sleep really well with that as long as I don't have to walk too far to the bed!
I had my very first glass of white wine last night and I'm 5 weeks plus 2 post op today.
my hubby makes his own delicious wine and although I don't like red, we have rose and white and lots of it (about 120 bottles at last count) yikes! I'm currently testing a lovely white burgundy but limiting myself to 1 glass a night. It certainly helped me sleep last night so might have to have another one with tonight's fish.
