Razor burn or infection??

For a while I’ve had a sore spot near my vaginal opening and assumed it was an ingown hair or a scratch. Its now a lot worse and can see File size is too bigmarks on photos. Is this razor burn or something else? Wondering if I already had mild razor burn and went over it again making it worse.

I have also been having some yellow discharge past few days (immediately following period) although there is no smell. Its literally like my normal discharge just more yellowy.

I can’t tell if the pain is just at opening or inside too. There is a bit of redness around my vaginal lips.

I climb over fences a lot and misjudged it the other week - is it possible I’ve grazed/friction burned through my clothes falling vagina first down onto a fence? :')

yellow discharge can be normal before and after your period as its mainly blood mixing with dicharge if its not normal for u then u should go to the doctors and get swabbed have them look at the spots whilst ur there ot may just be from shaving or u may have just caught urself between the legs like u say and might just have made ursen sore i fell on a wall once between the legs and it cut my inbetweens a bit if u dont have any improvement within a couple of days it defo warrents a trip to doctors
