I feel completely empty and hopeless ready to just end it all for some people this life aint never gonna be right.

Hi there,

I am so sorry to hear that you feel so low, severe depression can be soul.destroying have you been to see your doctor? If not, then please, please see somebody and tell them honestly just how badly you feel... You must have family and friends who. Care about you, they would be devastated if you if you did anything to harm your-

Self in any way.... Please talk to someone, the Samaritans are excellent and will do

All that they can to help and advise you... if you do not wish to talk to your own

Doctor, you can go to your local hospital casualty department and talk to a doctor

There,.. I know that it is very hard, but life truly can become better, never give up

Hope.... You are in my sincerest thoughts and prayers, take care and be kind to

Yourself.xxx

Thank you for your kind words. We have something similar here in california like what you have over in the u.k. emergency hospital stay for people who might harm themselves since Robin Williams couldnt deal with his issues its all ive been thinking about i think im going to take your advice and see someone maybe meds can help...thanks again for your words.

Medication isn't an answer. It's a short term fix to a long term problem, and often disguises what talking therapy can hopefully extract from you. What you need, instead of medication, is company. Physical, real company. I would seek that out first.

Hi Adam, I know some people feel like that, but if you don't continue with it, how are you going to know if things are going to change?

For every one who feels that life aint never gonna be right, I'll bet there are quite a few who felt like that at some point in their lives, but carried on and found that it was no longer true.  I've read some of the posts on here and there is hope for everyone.

I wish life could be easier,  it often isn't, but a life worth living is worth fighting for.

You are the one who can make it worth living.  Don't give up on it, I've met people who married in their 70s and 80s, so there is always hope of happiness and just being content, is part way there.

Happiness is the ONE thing that everyone wants, it's a bit like the search for the Holy Grail, but it is possible to find, so it's better than the Holy Grail.  It doesn't matter if you're if you're rich or poor, even if you are in poor health, if you can be happy, you have it all.

Go search for it, if you don't you'll never find it.

Please seek immediate, emergency help at your local hospital. Call a close friend or family member to take you if you cannot safely drive. You could call for an ambulance if necessary too. Please do not give up hope. I have felt extremely depressed and had suicidal thoughts in my life. Never acted on it, but did start therapy with mental health specialist. Try, please try.

Ah sorry you feel that way, but that's a very permanent decision, maybe you could postpone for a bit and talk to me, maybe I can help?
