Really bad headaches...anyone the same?

Hi ladies

Im having bad bouts of headaches...coming and going for past couple of weeks. .feel like my head is in a visegrip....migrain type but not going away....anyone suffering the same?? Thx in advance. CK

Hi CK.  My headaches and dizziness have been bad the last couple weeks too.  They have not manifested into a migraine, but dull and constant.  A lot of head and sinus pressure pressure too.  The weather has been so rainy and muggy, which affects me too.  I have been using this hot/cold  eye mask.  I put in microwave and it’s nice for a few minutes. 😊

Hi carol I suffer with migraine and did long before the change started. I have found that the weather has been a contributing factor ; the stuffiness. Perhaps get your eyes tested xx

I have had one off and on for about a week now. it's on the right side of my head above the eye and moves to the center of my forehead. I also have major pressure in my cheeks so I know its sinuses but it doesn't make it hurt any less. I have also had bouts of fever, cold flashes followed by hot flashes. last night I woke up soaking wet, today I feel ok so far, just exhausted. dr appt on Thursday for sinus infection because I'm certain that's what it is. good luck hun and I hope you feel better soon!🙂

Hi carol I have had a dull sensitive headache it’s as if someone has pulled my hair , it’s so debilitating as it’s always there and won’t shift. Must be near 4 weeks now . I feel like I have walked into something it even hurts to touch my hair/scalp. Blaming menopause as had this before last year and it eventually went 💕

Thx lou...its a nitemare at times and i feel like im going to have a period and id a hysterectom 10 years ago...all hormonal...thanks so much xxc CK

Hi kate...i live in the scottish higjland and lots of weather fronts here and low preesure...its a conbination i think...hormones and other factors... Hope you feel better soon..❤CK

Yes, and it is allergies and stuffiness. The only thing that helps is hot shower, hot compresses, saline spray, and accupressure to relieve the phlegm. Check what your allergies are and youll know when your headaches will come.

Hi Carol 

I’m 48 and yes I have weird headaches yesterday and today I had some relieved but I have pretty much for 3 weeks . And is on my face, back of head , top of head you get dizzy because it hurts. I start it at 45 once a yr and now is pretty much all the time . I just want to to take my head and face and put it in the closet and go about my business. 

I just got a MRI due on July 23 I got a episode of my right got blurr And I was at work and all of the sudden I got confused / forgot what I was doing it freak me out my work called 911 and they did a EKG, blood work for blood clot , stroke, heart attack , CT scan you name it all came out normal but they put me on baby aspirin until Friday when they read the MRI results. One neurologist said could be hormones or panic attack. I was so scared. But I have headaches pretty much all the time .  I’m not sure if I’m alone in these symptoms

YES YES...  I get sinus headaches I believe due to the weather.  And sometimes other people get  them too.  I use nose spray and sinus pressure meds with alternating IB Pr..... and then it slowly goes away.  My doctor recently told me that as we age, we tend to develop allergies.

At least you had a doc that said hormones!

They think it was a TIA or mini stroke but one neurologist may think or panick . My PCM did hormones test and was normal. I will found out Friday . But I do get this headaches all the time . 

I remember my mom telling me when she turned 42 she began to have migraines headaches really bad ones. So I hope and pray is just bad  headaches. I hope you all ladies get better this is a long journey for all of us and safe me a lot of trips to the Er

Glad to hear things are normal so far. PLEASE try not to beat yourself up and worry...we're all going through this, and it SUCKS! Here for you any time girlfriend!

Hi Eliaimee…. Thx for the reply and I had also blurred vision at one point. It went away and hasn't returned. God bless you as you would panic with a blurred eye and constant headaches. Like you, lots of tests done. Hormones play a major role in how our bodies function and I have headaches a lot now but yesterday it was bad so I posted here. Hang tight as you are not alone in this. I feel a lot better now except for headaches but other symptoms have settled down. One day at a time sister. CK x

Susane, I suffer with sinus too.....I know it is all connected … I get hot and cold and last night I couldn't wait to get to bed with this horrendous headache … that was why I posted it... feel better today after a good sleep. Please God eh... thank you and mind yourself also girl xxxx
