I think drinking water, although fluid, apparently helps soothe bloated tummies.
Also, try eating live/fermented foods...organic live natural yogurt, sauerkraut, Miso soup, kefir...
Cut out sugar, refined carbs etc...google it!
Me too. I can't fit in any of my pants. I had to buy stretchy ones. I refuse to buy a bigger size. No matter what
exercises I try, I can't lose the wait. Like I have a permanent beer belly.
I truly can relate too you, anything I eat or sometimes drink I feel bloated , I always have a bloated belly feeling. I've tried probiotics and mint teas it seems too work a little.
