hey guys around 36 days ago I had unprotected sex with a girl (I know I’m stupid).
So about a week later I started having pain in my penis, mostly towards the tip ( around urethral opening. I had no other noticeable symptoms present. So I go to a doctor and he says it probably chlamydia and gives me antibiotics. After taking them the pain did resolve but a short time later ( 2 weeks +/-) I started noticing some discomfort. I went and and the doctor told me that the tests they had sent for examination the previous time came back negative for chlamydia and gonorrhoea. Yesterday i started to notice some discomfort again around the tip of my penis, still here today. The pain is made worse after I masturbate. It’s hard to describe the pain. It’s Like sometimes it doesn’t bother me much but other times it does. I’ve been extremely worried about acquiring and STI since I had sex. I don’t know if I’m making the pain worse by thinking about it or what. (Doctor also checked for a UTI which I assume came back negative). Worth mentioning that a few days ago I came across a small flesh coloured bump on my inner foreskin. (Small, only one, painless) resolved in a few days. What do you think is my problem?
