Does anyone else ever get the sensation of a really hard heartbeat? It is extremely hard and scares the crap out of me. I had a really hard one today. Sometimes my heart races after an sometimes it doesn’t.

It can happen with anxiety. Not harmful when due to anxiety but it’s a good idea to have a checkup with your doctor for peace of mind.
Stay hydrated
This happens all the time.... And with little movement, my heart starts racing like its running a marathon!!! Does that happen to you?
