Really scared please help

I’ve been off fluoxetine and citalapram also for 12 weeks had really bad wd and have lost 10kg now I’m really scared please help.

I’ve had no interest in eating and the rapid weight loss is scaring me

Do you mind if I ask your age? And are you or did you taper off with a docs supervision?

36 I wanted to change but obviously did not do it properly now paying the price 

I was on fluoxetine 7-8 years then straight swap to citalapram for 5 weeks that was about 9 weeks ago now been on venlafaxine for 4 weeks straight swap to that also
