after decreasing my dose to 20mg after 3 weeks at 40mg I’m really struggling. will I eventually settle on the 20 and feel better?

Over the past few years I have been on various dosages, 20, 40 and 60 . If you were only on 40 for a few weeks it will probably take about 4wks for you to adjust and then you should feel ok (ish). If not, go back to your doctor and explain they may need go adjust the meds. Hope this helps and I wish u well on your recovery

After a couple of shitty days ( i think because of the increase) i’ve woke up in a much brighter mood, really hoping these tablets are starting to work!!! hope you’re starting to feel better too xx
hiya Lindsey, I’m up and down, some days good and some not. I’m definitely better than last week though. My anxiety isn’t as bad and the moments of panic aren’t lasting as long. Are you still improving? x
