I started taking 20mg of Citalopram three weeks ago after it been put up from 10mg. I’m not having as many panic attacks but I wake up and feel nothing but fear of the day ahead. I’m just desperate to be anxiety free, please can someone tell me if I’m going to get over this, I just want to be me again.
Yes hun I stil have days like you do it's anxiety and it sucks x
Yes I have it too it I think time cures it in the end I take 20mg fluoxetine since end Nov it was getting better but gos back and forward
Yes I'm on fluoxitine 20mg 3 times a day.. I wake up every day with twinges in chest and numbness in left arm it's all due to anxiety

Yes I do have anxiety it's v bad I can't stop thinking about it
Julie I know how you feel I was constantly over thinking my symptoms which only made it worse I stil think now but not as bad x
How do you stop it I get somewhat better and it all comes back with gusto I try to accept it go about my day but it gets v intense headaches fear of not getting better and on and on
I don't know wish I knew I Stil get odd skipped beats n thumping in ears it's awful feeling x
