I’ve been good thanks. I would say I am 90% there. I struggle still around the time of the month but I push through as I know it will pass.
If you feel you are spiraling back to the start then I would contact your GP & defo look to increase. I found the increase no problem but a lot of ppl on here don’t recommend it!! I put off increasing for 2 weeks because of what ppl advised on here but in hindsight I just made myself suffer for longer because 3-4 days after increasing I was much better & have been since. Whichever you choose you will come through…🙂

why do they not recommend the increase ?

this is just a nightmare !
thats what im wondering will i feel beter if i increase but scared xxp

increasing is going to give you the same side effects to the tenth power.if it was like you want it to be as far as feeling better quicker with higher dose i dont think we would have this forum.take care

up and down trying to settle on 30mg had 2 good fays in a row so fingers crossed

You run the risk of experiencing side effects again, some for a short period of time, some long. Try not to let other people’s experiences cloud your judgement too much. It put me off increasing but I got to the point where my anxiety was horrific so I increased and felt nothing but better for it. I didn’t suffer terrible side effects, some nausea & upset stomach for 3-4 days and then I was fine.
