Received an unprotected oral about 12 days ago.
After few days, my testicles started to itch which I thought was a jock itch.
However, I started feel little burning ish sensation on my shaft and it kinda has a white spot.
also noticed two white dots on my penis head but this one has no pain.
No blisters or pain during urination nor any colored discharges.
what could it be?

these are regular pearly papules that are harmless it seems like.
go to the doc! just to be sure. 
i think that they are pearly penile papules
so only reason why i was concerned is cause i feel little bit of very mild burning(?) sensation on my shaft
but everything is very mild
