It appeared about a week ago. It does not hurt at all. It is soft when not erect, and hard when erect. I have not had sex. The only needles I have used were from official medical location. I have had no injuries to my penis for the last couple months. Only other injuries to penis were very small skin tears. I masturbate on a regular basis.
Please help me figure out what is effecting me.
I have also been taking Doxycycline Monohydrate 100mg everyday for three months.
I have not used needles on myself to try and remove it. What I was trying to say is that I have not had any needles in me other when i go to get my shots for vaccines.

over masturbation can also cause them u could try gently trying to rub the lump down but usually they do go away by themselves
