Hello I used to be on this forum a few years back and someone very kindly gave me a recipe for a white sauce for pasta for use for those with LPR. I will try and look back and see if I can find it in the posts. Unfortunately we moved house a couple of years ago and have mislaid it. Any other recipes would be welcome. Many thanks.
