Can someone tell me what to use for beef stew I usually use beef bistro carrots and onions

That all good, I usually put a few peas in too aswell as leaks but you already have the onions 
Just make sure you shop the fat off the meat of there is any

I'm rubbish at portion sizes too haha but I normally have a small bowl full 
Love stew but I put onions leeks carrots celery and and cloves of garlic in!!
