Happy easter ! My head is killing me haha I was in my nans care home and it was really hot and started getting a headache I have come out and it's hot and sunshine yet but noo because my head and my nose and mainly one side of my face is killing me it's really painful a burning kinda pain up one side of nose and head I get migrains from menstrual and from stress and heat I take paracetamol and it just doesn't cut it ibuprofen worked straight away but I have been told to stop taking them because I have asthma anybody know wht can help ?

Well it depends what type of headache you have, but sounds like a migraine of some description, so to get an over the counter medicine, you cant do much worse than Imigran. They come in 50mg tablets and you get 2 only as they are pretty potent. You take one and IF it goes away and come back you can take the other, but some chemists will want to talk to you about them before they sell them and may persaude you to go for something like Solpadeine max, which has codiene in.

Yes, I agree, Imigram works wonder. Had to take one this morning, migraine gone completely within an hour. Don't know where you're get them on an Easter Sunday though. Good luck.

In that case Steph take paracetmol and Ibuprofen together, with food. Then tomorrow suggest get some Imigran
