Is anxiety disorder curable ? Is there anyone that recovered completely ? What about panic attacks ? If yes how? by taking pills or other ways ?
There is no magic pill that will cure anxiety or panic attacks. Everybody is different. I’m sure there are some people who have been able to keep them from occurring for many many years. They most likely change the way they were living and were able to reduce stress and anxiety.
I had numerous anxiety symptoms beginning in My 20s that were very scary. I got them all at once out of the blue. It was a combination of stress and anxiety since grade school and my body just couldn’t take it anymore. The symptoms tapered off over many months and now I just get them Occasionally. I pretty much ignore them now and they go away because the more you pay attention to them the worst they get. But I realize that the symptoms are not the problem. The problem is unmanaged anxiety and stress which causes the symptoms. So I worked on reducing my stress. I started exercising and eating healthier to keep my immune system up.
I also started listening to meditations on YouTube for anxiety, stress, sleep, etc. I do this every day especially when lying down to sleep. There’s also great meditation’s that are very short for proper breathing with anxiety which are excellent!
I also had to stop taking life so seriously which was causing enormous amount of anxiety.
certain people have a predisposition to stress and anxiety right from birth. Of course everyone has stress and anxiety in their lives but there are people who are able to manage it way better than others. It’s something that has to be worked on for our entire life. I got some counseling which also helped. Some people are just fortunate in that their anxiety seems to disappear for a long time. Like I said everybody is different. But try to work on your stress level because that will help diminish symptoms. Doctors can’t do much except prescribe medication or suggest counseling because they can’t see our symptoms like they can see your broken bone. Take one day at a time and it enjoy each day.
for many people, anxiety and panic are like a chronic condition that we can learn to manage even if we can’t eliminate it completely.
