hi..i had an unprotected oral encounter ( receiver on penis) .. there was not much skin contact. it has been 1and half month and i tested negative for both chlam/ gono with a urine test after 2 days and after 3 weeks . now i have an anal fissure .. i am not sure if i got any infection in the rectum.. i read it online that these infection can occur due to penis and anus proximity. what are my chances of having them in the rectum and not being detected in a urine test since oral was only on penis. i have blood coming out when i poop and pain in the anus when i sit . it did not subside.. please let me know if i should talk to the doc about this?
Could be an infection if there is blood. You should go to the doctor just in case
