Hi I am not sure what I have exactly. I had a rectal trauma from sitting directly on an object. By accident of course. I am not into anything of that nature. I was so embarrassed I did not go to the doctor today. I am in soooo much pain. No bleeding but pain deep deep in the rectum. Doctor saw one external fissure. Is it possible I could get them internally from trauma? She didn't seem to think so. But I think something is wrong!
She'd know but from a lay mans point off view it could just be deep bruising within. It's muscle after all. If there's no bleeding or rupture then give it time. Did Doctor not come up with any explanation?
Jackie, you need to be examined internally by a doctor to make sure yor injury is not more serious. But looking externally they won't be able to tell.
Hi thanks for the reply. She said she did not want to check me because it would make things more painful. I noticed when it first happened that I had a small fissure externally but it has healed in the last 6 days. What I am feeling inside is a tickling feeling deep inside the anus almost feels like small something is stuck in there. When I sit the entire rectum is sore. And I have pressure. Is this what a fissure feels like? My anxiety is getting the better of me.
