Recurrent symptoms. Please help!

Hi! I had a post here from about 7 months prior, which went like this: > Hey! > Had unprotected intercourse with a female. Traditional, nothing out of the ordinary. > Approximately after 4-5 days, noticed a slight tingle in my penis, no redness. > After a few days, a slight discomfort at the tip of my penis and while urinating. No discharge, no weird color or smell. > Went to a doc on day 7, and tested for UTI and Gonorrhea. > About 10 days after, got a slight discomfort in my bladder and prostate, also the area between my genitals and a... , more noticeable at night, which went away in a day or two. I should add that I went to the toilet slightly more often than usual. > Results came back as negative. > Now about 16 days after the exposure, I have slight lower back pains, that come and go during the day like I've been sitting in an awkward position for a long time, also sometimes my hips feel funny, although I can't tell if it's my lower abdomen instead... Apart from that, I feel pretty normal, no discharge still, no rash or anything. Any suggestions on what it can be? Some sources say it might be Chlamydia. To clear things up, I do not have any sort of sores, ulcers, or warts on my genitals or anywhere else. So basically I have had identical symptoms like this 2 more times after this post. The second time, approximately 6 months after the first episode, after repeated manifestation of the same symptoms, went to a clinic for consultations, and did a chlamydia test. When results came back, it was neither positive nor negative, but in the gray area. I proceeded with antibiotics anyway, Doxycycline and Azithromycin. However, about a month after that, I started to have these symptoms again, but this time penile discomfort persists for longer. I am honestly lost... don't know what to do anymore... I dread that it might be herpes, but the symptoms do not exactly match up, plus I don't think the initial herpes outbreak goes away like that, and recurrent episodes are identical both in symptoms and duration, roughly 2 weeks. I would be immensely thankful to anyone who could shed some more light on what I should test for as a possible cause of these symptoms. Many thanks! P.S. There is a slight irritation without redness on my foreskin under the glans, and that is the only visual symptom that I have. Area can be seen on a picture.

i have the same thing. same time line, same progression of symptoms. i have tested negative for chlamydia, gonorrea, trich, mycoplasma, annd urea plasma. Based on research, a large portion of male uti std’s come from uncommon bacteria. chlamydia and gonorrea are just the usual suspects. seek out an infectious disease doc to id the bacteria and try different antibiotics. Also, get your semen tested because that pain behind tour testicles is your prostate so its possible the bacteria led to prostasis. please let me know if you have any luck with treatment. thanks
