So i just wanted to ask if anyone has any ideas on how to heal the sores quicker? I had my first outbreak back in 2009. I get them 3 to 5 times a year. It starts with the dull pain in the back of my thighs and in my vagina and than a day or two later i see and feel the painful sores. I usually get a small area of the sores but they make that area swell up a little and its painful. I am currently having an outbreak and this time I had a fever and pain in my body. I just wish i could get rid of it faster. Is it better to take the viral meds daily to avoid outbreaks???
