Red and dry penis

A few months back my penis became dry, the head became red (towards the glands) and the urethra became swollen and uncomfortable. I have no pain when urinating and the redness isn't itchy or anything. I only have slight discomfort but nothing painful. I have seen three different doctors, the first one said i had thrush, gave me creams and a tablet but it didn't help. The second didn't have a clue and the third also didn't really have a clue. I spoke with the sexual health clinic, explained my symptoms and they said it sounds like general irritation and gave me a chlamydia and gonerrhea test which both came back negative. I have no idea what to do or what this could be and it's really stressing me out. Today the redness is much worse out of nowhere.

alot of us are loss for words on this even doctors and urologists my advice is see a dermatologist and get a testing on the skin of the glans under microscope i feel it could be dead cells from lack of blood from vigorous masterbating…

i have the same issue, i have been to every doctor in my town and got nothing, please keep us updated if you make any progress.

Have you tried some Caneston cream on it? twice daily? for few days see if it settles it wont hurt it.

did this occur after new sexual encounter? are you sure a new exposure may have triggered this?

any changes to urine stream? urethral irritation? does it get more red after hot shower?

did you catch covid or vaccine ? My situation at least started with that

yes, it was after a sexual encounter which from recollection was lacking in lubricant to say the least!

no pain when urinating etc, urethra is tender and swollen. no real difference when in or out of the shower

i had covid 3 times and had two vaccines but had covid a decent amount of time prior to these symptoms
