i had sex for the first time about a week ago, unprotected. A day after, i noticed my discharge smelled slightly off. the next day i started noticing a very subtle itch. a few days now, itch has become more prominent. Still relatively mild but i have woken up the last two nights in my sleep because of it. Urinating is slightly painful, and I do think my vagina still has the unusual smell. I thought the smell was fishy at first but I an thinking its starting to smell more like bread. i attached photos of my vagina now. my vulva itself doesn't itch at all. The itch is in almost a perfect circle on my inner labia's, above my urethra, and the skin below my vulva. i am on my period so im not sure what my discharge has been like. What Ive had for years prior and identified has VP looks like its turning red and soemtimes hurts. I an also worried that the red itchiness is starting to spread below my labia minoras.
hi, i do not see anything alarming. the little growths around your vagina seem to just be vp. the smell of your discharge could be a mild yeast infection (since i do not see any alarming amount of discharge) or simply the fact that you had sex for the first time! it’s something new entering your body (especially without protection) so a funky smell is bound to happen at some point. keep an eye on your symptoms though, i hope you are well!
