Hi guys so I’ve been dealing with this problem for months now and don’t really know what to do. I got this rash like thing on my shaft / foreskin, I got it checked out months ago by my doctor and he said it wasn’t anything to worry about...prescribed me a topical cream (hydrocortisone) but it didn’t help. It doenst hurt but it does get inflamed during sex or masturbation, along with stinging if any liquid i produce is on it. I wash my penis with only water everyday thoroughly and dry it afterwards. 2 weeks ago I had excruciating pain after urination or after sex. I was in the hospital, checked my prostate and said I had “prostatis ”. I don’t know if it’s in correlation with the rash but I just finished my 2 week long treatment and it has gotten better and I experience no pain after urinating now thanks to the medication they gave me. On a side note I was tested for every STD last week through urine culture, blood test. All coming back negative.
Ive been in a three year long relationship with a loyal girl and have no reason to suspect anything.
If anyone can shine some light or help my situation, it would be appreciated. I just noticed these reddish areas under neath my penis head now and they were probably already there but I’m quite confused on what they are. Yeast infection? Balantis? I also experience itching from time to time but haven't in a while.
