For a couple of months now ive had these skin colored what seems to be bumps on my penis. Only had sex once and had used protection but i had also recieved oral as well. At times these areas get bright red/irritated which dowsnt cause an itch but can somewhat almost feel like a slight burn (best way to describe it is cold air breezing against the skin.) It also gets red with rubbing on skin/clothes or after a long day of work. Ive gone to the doctors to get checked and tested negative for trich, ghonnorrea, chlam and HIV. Multiple times throughout the day the areas are skin colored and you cant see nothing and other times its bright red. Id also like to add that i am very active n sweat a lot down there as i do labor work (Moving)

i suspect Lichen planus but i dont know for sure.
most doctors are not reliable/of benefit in this situation.
you can read my other posts/replies to see my opinion and reccomedations. in essence i believe strongly that stress, bad diet/unhealthy habits as well as other issues might lead to this condition.
i strongly suggest a shift to a very healthy lifestyle and diet and go from there, introducing all manner of nourishing and defoxifying elements in to you life.

my current top suggestions are aloe vera every morning, medicinal mushroom xtracts, thremal hot springs, neem oil, ashwandhanga extract, whole food diet, reduce stress with deep relaxation and meditation, dab any excess urine, use aveeno or similar product for washi g genitals, drink plenty water.
please be so kind as to update me/this thread on the development of your condition and any diagnosis. there are many of us in this forum in the same boat.

i hope it is that n not something as serious as herpes or hpv. i started getting these bumps on march 25th but i had sex only once ever and i used protection and that was on the first week of janurary. The tip of my penis has been inflammed for a couple months now so i do suspect it could be lichen planus as rashes can appear due to inflammation in the area. Ill keep updates going but for now this seems to be the worse its been.

I have, my biggest concern are those bump like things by the the foreskin area. what confused me is when my penis is erect its flat almost like nothing there but then when my penis is flaccid i notice them
anyone got any idea?
Balanitis most likely. You need to figure out what is causing it though as this is just a symptom.
