I have no idea what are these, but I am pretty sure it happened because of masturbation. I went to a dermatologist for another issue and then also asked him about this and he said this is nothing to worry about, but he didn’t offer me a solution and just told me to go to an urologist. I want to get rid of these dots because I don’t want future partners to ask me questions or worry about it. Any suggestions what’s the medical term for these and how to get rid of them? Thank you!

The dermatologist should have been able to give you the correct term for these - they are quite unusual as I have not seen them before.
The reason the derm is suggesting go to a urologist is that the only way to treat them would be surgical removal, such as using freeze techniques, or simple surgery, I would suggest
