hi all, i have had these red patches on my penis the last few days, they do not itch or sting. i can feel its there but unsure if that is psychological. i am sexually active although have not had sex in 2 weeks, always use a condom. i have had STI tests done and all negative. could it be balanitis?
any idea?

I’d recommend trying some Clotrimazole cream on it. Usually works within a day or two. Let us know.

These look like simple friction ‘burns’. Usually caused by vigorous masturbation or even having and erection in your pants causing your foreskin to retract and rub against the material.
Glad you’ve seen a doc to rule out anything else.

May I ask, did your situation started after unprotected oral?
Does the red rash appear in the same area, or does it appear anywhere on the glans? How long does the rash last?
Also, does it become more visible upon exposure to heat or friction?
