Red bullts on chest, belly and back

i've red bullts on my belly, back and chest. They don't inch but i just want to know what they are and how to get rid of them! maybe important, i'm a 16 years old boy. PLEASE ANSWER!!!

Probably it will disappear soon by itself while your system control the issue.

just don’t touch the lesions as you can contaminate other parts of your own body.
