Red bumb on my shaft, very worried, please explain!

I just noticed this lump after jerking last night and i thought it was just an infection so when i tried to pop it only blood came out. its dark read and hurts to touch. i thought it might be a lymphocete but im not sure. i need help! I would attach a picture but it keeps saying the file is to big

ive had one like that before. it goes away. best advise is to stop jerking it for a while and clean it thoroughly every day
