red bumbs turn into bruises

Hi grandaughter now has red bumbs on the calves of her legs that turn into bruises and hurt to touch..

DEBROSE

The bruising is caused by the NSID medications, they change the structure of the blood and it also causes slight  weaknes of the viens. These bruises look more yellow in colour and more painful, they generally disappear given time. They can be unsightly 

The lumps and bumps may be caused by the same thing.

Sometimes they may change your medication to reduce bruisng. .

Has she bumped into anything to cause a red bruise which will morph into blue, green, yellow.

Also a great deal of squeeze on the leg can cause deep bruising which is actually the rupturing of blood vessels
