can someone explain me what could be? first time i saw them i was 2 years ago and for a long period they been disappear.. some times they are coming back and it looks like this. Its painless but im starting getting worried

i have one on the underside of my penis head, not quite as big and pronounced as yours more of circle but exactly the same look and texture. i have seen a number of gum and specialist clinic all of which said it was nothing to worry about, still a mystery ive had it about 4 years. no change.
