I have this weird red bump thing in the back of my mouth, right in front of my throat. It was not there last night, so it developed in one day. I tried scraping it and nothing happened. It doesn’t hurt, but it feels different than the surrounding area. I’m freaking out. What could this be?! Someone please please respond!
