Red bump on penis head, worried it could be a STD

On Monday I woke up with this red bump on the edge of the head of my penis. I initially thought it was some kind of pimple since on Saturday I didn't shower and didn't until Sunday night. I have been sexually active with one partner since mid October, who was tested negative for any STD shortly before we started being sexually active with each other. I now noticed this red bump that recently and want to get tested before I engage in any sexual activity again. Any ideas as to what this could be? [

please help, i was tested for everything today and am awaiting the results for 3 business days, its more like a scab that doesnt have any pain, or moisture to it. no burning sensation, no discharge. nothing, just this very slight bump with somewhat of a scab in the center.
